The vermin who murdered this child should not have any rights - they should be summarily executed at the first evidence produced tying them to the crime. No jury,no publicity, no lengthty trial or appeals. Not one more minute of air inhaled for them than required to get them to the execution site. All the sorrys in the world will never bring this child back to her parents.
