Not sure about long term rates increasing or decreasing, that would be tough to extrapolate without a computer.
I just look for rarely seismic locations, like the one on the TX/OK border. [That one is getting a little too close to home]

Georgia Task Force Looks At Suspicious Fires In Three Counties Since April

ATLANTA (AP) -- Officials hope a $10,000 reward and a hot line will help solve a series of about 30 suspicious fires.
A state task force formed Monday is investigating the three dozen fires in a three-county area that have occurred since the last week in April.
State Insurance and Fire Commissioner John Oxendine met with 15 fire and law enforcement agencies Monday and set up the group to investigate the fires in Forsyth, north Fulton and Gwinnett counties in recent weeks.
Representatives from Cobb and DeKalb counties were asked to sit in as well in case suspicious fires occur in their areas.
Oxendine said Tuesday he hopes these latest steps will help solve the crimes. He estimates between 25 and 33 fires will be investigated.
The latest suspicious fires happened before daybreak Tuesday in north Gwinnett County about a mile apart. One was at a warehouse; the other at a construction trailer.
