I don't blame them I wouldn't go to South Georgia except on my best behavior. And I grew up in Georgia. Down there if you go to jail it is for 3 days minium (or something like that) and high fines. I wonder if they know something we don't.

SAVANNAH, United States, June 7 (Xinhua) -- US national security adviser Condoleezza Rice played down on Monday the Egyptian and Saudi absence at the G8 summit and said there already had a lot of discussions with Egypt and Saudi Arabia on the need for reform.

Egypt and Saudi Arabia, two of the most important Arab countries, will be absent at the G8 summit from June 8 to June 10.

Demonstrators Plan Peace and Civil Liberties Festival

The G-8 summit is not only drawing world officials to the Coastal Empire, but also protesters.

Organizers of the Peace and Civil Liberties Festival to be held starting this morning in Forsyth Park were busy setting up yesterday.

They had a few delays, including a rainstorm,

... claims the City of Savannah has held them up, including their plans for a Wall of Freedom.

City officials say they had nothing to do with the Wall of Freedom holdup.

(Protesters) (They would want their name mentioned.) will bring these issues and others to the table at today's protest.
