In my other life, I teach gourmet cooking classes. With these people, Velveeta is a dirty word..........but I love it. One of my "guilty pleasures".
When I was a working woman, I traded my Velveeta for fancy cheeses. Grilled Provolone was my favorite thing. Now that cheese prices have skyrocketed, I'll be buying the Velveeta once again. It's whatever works these days...!
