I am still trying to make something of all this. I linked from another site that was talking about it.
Could this possibly be true? I couldn't believe it was on Bush Country.
This could sure explain a lot of things.

The fact that it's on Bush Country gives it legitimacy IMO. Also, I've read that all of the small 3 and 4 magnitude earthquakes in abnormal locations recently may be cave and bunker-making operations. It sounds far-fetched, but some of the earthquakes happened in places where earthquakes don't happen. By being on Bush Country, it seems like conservatives are being given the heads-up about it. Time will tell. Who has a cave we can retreat to?
