Actually, no. It's was a bar/restaurant in Hollywood, and the namesake of America's best ginger beer. I could go for one right now.
Either you haven't tasted Stewart's ginger beer or you like less ginger and more sugar in your brew.
My most favorite, is Mystic Seaport ginger beer, which has the highest ginger content of any I've tried and also has just a pinch of capsicum (no joke) to make sure that ginger burns real good. Problem is, it's very hard to find on the west coast. Reed's Jamaican ginger brew used to be quite good until it's owner sold it and the formula was changed to something more bland.
