It actually doesn't ring a bell. He's been pretty prolific over his career though. I wouldn't be surprised if he's done stuff I've never heard of.
I was on a mail list that announced his CD's an videos and stuff long ago.
I also heard him interviewed on the "Motley Fool" radio show. They asked him what his best investment was. He said it was a pad of paper and a pencil. Ha.
They also asked him about the music industry and what he thought of it. He claimed that it was more of a financing gimmick than music-related. Implied that if he'd started out today he'd never be what he is...
Interesting to me because I don't know anything about the music industry or song writing. Maybe BS, I don't know... sounded good though.
My own personal favorite is Tom Lehrer.
