16 minute interview? I thought it was 20 minutes...What happened to the other 4 minutes?
It was rounded up, as in "about 20 minutes" or "15 or 20 minutes." People do it all the time.

Not filmmakers. 16 minutes and 20 minutes are vastly different.
Nothing wrong with berating Moore for having a Nixonesque gap in the tape. I'm sure he'd appreciate the irony.
