This is my 12th memorial Day in and around the military. It's is the most special one to me for well known reasons.

I've said it before and I'll say it as long as I can speak and type, THANK YOU to everyone in this Canteen for your supoort of everyone in the military. You all are the best friend and fan club any soldier could possibly have.

Happy Memorial Day to all of you.

And a moment of silence to the 37 soldiers from Ft. Riley and to ALL of the soldiers in this war and other battles fought on behalf of this country who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

All gave some...some gave all

We will not tire...we will not falter

God bless our armed forces and their loved ones who wait at home...It is a privilege to say thank you for your service,tx...and to all who are serving today.

I caught some of the Greta/Dole interview...I am looking forward to the dedication of the WW2 Memorial....295,000 Americans died in battle for America's freedom in WW2...
Some gave all.......I WILL REMEMBER
