if "he" follows what exists in the medical books "he" is steril and does not have a functional male sex organ. This should not be confused with the mental disease of transexualism.

What are you talking about now? Many people with ambiguous or intermixed genitalia can in fact produce children.

Check here for info on the various intersex conditions (I just Googled that up to make sure my remark was correct).

To be clear, they can produce children as the male or the female parent (depending on which gonads are the functioning ones). I don't mean produce children on their own or as either sex. LOL I'm not sure if that needed saying..
