NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR - Today, Bush-Cheney '04 announced its Arkansas Viva Bush Team.
The launch of the Viva Bush Team in Arkansas featured the Honorable Ruben Barrales, Bush-Cheney '04 State Co-Chair Bob Trevino, and local business owner Julio Ortega.
"President Bush has made the Hispanic community a constant priority during his administration, and has delivered to Hispanics lower taxes, less government, better schools and more opportunities," said Barrales.
Today's announcement follows the April national rollout of the Viva Bush Coalition in Orlando, Florida and similar regional events in Missouri, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Minnesota, Ohio and other states.
"John Kerry's support of higher taxes on Hispanic small businesses and middle income families will not contribute to Arkansas' continuing economic recovery. We will work tirelessly to contrast his dismal record with Latinos to the President's outstanding record of achievement in our community," said Trevino.
The Arkansas Viva Bush Team will recruit volunteers and energize Bush-Cheney '04 supporters across the state while serving as messengers of the President's positive agenda. Bush-Cheney '04 Hispanic teams are already in place in 30 states and Puerto Rico.
Viva Tyson's!
It'd be nice if the president would make the will of Americans a top priority. < /sarcasm > The only attention he should be paying to the hispanic (read: illegal) population in Arkansas is how to get them the h*ll out of here. It is starting to look like Nogales in about half the state.
