I hear this all the time - its unreal, who trains these agents? do they have total contempt for the american people that they are supposed to serve and protect?

Chances are you never will learn the disposition of your calls either, unless someone makes a big mistake.

The attentive agents were doing exactly what they are supposed to do. They listen and then take relevant investigative steps silently.
