An Internet company's complaint to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to child porn indictments this week against a Wolfforth man.
Bobby J. Fulbright, 52, who faces six counts of possessing and promoting child pornography, was indicted by a Lubbock County grand jury Tuesday.
Officials with the Web site Yahoo alerted the Center for Missing and Exploited Children after a user posted sexual images of young boys to a Yahoo discussion group, according to court documents.
The case was referred to Dallas police, who obtained search warrants for Yahoo and the user's Internet provider. They tracked the user's account to Fulbright, court records say.
Dallas police then referred the case to the Texas Attorney General's cyber crimes unit. On March 30, an AG's investigator obtained a search warrant to search Fulbright's computer and digital storage devices.
Fulbright is accused of possessing six images of boys, ages 12 to 14, engaged in sexually explicit poses.
I hope this pervert gets the max.
Really, had Mr. Fulbright's "boys" been five years older, everything would have been "legal." In fact, society would hail him for his "innovative" sexual practices. He would be the new "hero" of the continuing Age of Clinton, the age of "consenting adults."
Heard during the arrest: Virus. Browser cache. Teen son. Cicadas. IT'S WASN'T MY FAULT!!
