I'm not sure of the post number but the guy's name is Aziz K. Aziz. He is said to have spent much of his time in Philadelphia during the 1980s and has an extensive record of criminal charges and allegations. He was also part of the State Department (same State Department that calls Chalabi a crook) sponsored group called the Iraqi/American Council. Also, he is supposed to be the last man who saw Berg alive.
