I drove myself nuts looking for the silver wire 'story' and found nothing. Thinking back, I may have read it in the comments section in another forum on a site, perhaps FrontPage Magazine? Am still looking.
What I believe I recall reading, was a comment along the lines, "all they found, when the tower near the prison was checked, was a bunch of silver wires".
I remeber that statement about the silver wires at the prison also!! It was quite a weird statement.
