Hey, if the cop asks a few times and they're stupid enough to give in, then so be it.
I don't like police in general, but I love watching Cops the show.

Full disclosure: a friend-of-a-friend was featured on a very early episode of some Cops-like show, fleeing Houston's finest in a small red truck, going the wrong way on I-10, leading them all around Loop 610 and into a field, where the cops eventually surround his truck with their cruisers.
He's cuffed and is being led off, and the ride-along reporter sticks the mike in his face and asks, "Why'd you do it? Why'd you run?"
He looks puzzled for a second, and answers, "Well, I have some unpaid parking tickets."
And that's not even as good as the time my debate partner called to tell me to turn on the TV to see Happy Willis being busted on Cops: Houston coming out of a crackhouse. (He wasn't so happy then.)
