Dude, you've obviously never been fed into the meat grinder. And it isn't the cops you know, it's the cops you don't know. I have a half dozen relatives that are cops, some of them 3rd generation. I used to work with cops and used to come in contact with cops several times a day. Most of them are good guys. Enough of them aren't. Enough of them would feed you into the meatgrinder without a second thought because they were only following orders. My ex-father-in-law was a cop. He's the one that told me that the people at Wace "were just dirtbags and they got what they deserved."
You gotta wake up and consider that the way things are going, everybody is going to become a "dirtbag" sooner or later - that includes you.
No, I've never been fed into the meat grinder. I don't know if that makes me a good person or just a cautious and boring person, but I don't get in that kind of trouble. It helps to live in a small, well-to-do rurual town where there hasn't been an actual crime against an innocent person in decades -- so the cops here don't need to have a lot of attitude.
