Maybe he attended the meeting, but had drank a lot of iced-tea and had to go to the "little-boys" room a lot.

So, if that was the case, he of course would have no way of knowing what possibly could have occurred.

Hmmm...reminds me of some other story that I heard a while ago. I didn't believe that public official either.

Recently, I heard that that former public official us off his meds and is screaming incessantly about terrorist's civil rights. Next, he will be roaming the streets of a major city talking to buildings and using newspaper as a blanket.
