We need a "Death Threat of-the-day site"
The little Liberals are sooo toughy-woughy! LOL!

According to the article Webb was asserting that Bush was guilty of War Crimes, and that the penalty for that is death. He didn't call for people to go kill the President, but for him and Rumsfeld to be charged with War Crimes. While utterly idiotic and so hyper-biased as to be beyond reason, the guy DIDN'T call for people to go murder our President.
I think Clinton was guilty of treason ... and we all know was the penalty for treason is.

This guy Webb should be on Kerrys campaign committee , he is good at making statements and then weaseling out of them.
Did he threaten George Bush ? Yes he did , but not enough to lead to a conviction.
The problem is crapheads like this lead people with weaker minds to do their dirty work for them. Anti-Americans like him dont need to be on a public communications forum.

I'm not sure who the extremely extreme extremist is in this story, either the accused or the accuser.

The law is different when it comes to death threats on a sitting U.S. President.
If the guy said the words "George Bush" and "death" in the same sentence, he faces jail time.
Rightly so. He'd be threatening the institution of the Presidency, the U.S. Constitution, and the lives of every American by default in uttering those words.
And if he's on the public airwaves when he said them, he's in even bigger trouble.

Yep read it before. Anyway, with a death threat of a sitting president, where in the sam hill are the secret service agents? In a bar drinking?

I think Clinton was guilty of treason ... and we all know was the penalty for treason is. So is Kerry and they are selecting him to represent them. Apparently, treason is an important component of dimocrat candidates.

Someone on Air America (Randy Rhodes?) said more explicitly that President Bush needs to be "taken out and shot". I'm still waiting for a followup report on that criminal charge.

He'd be threatening the institution of the Presidency, the U.S. Constitution, and the lives of every American by default in uttering those words. Depending on the exact language, there is a possible charge of sedition.
Also after the JFK assassination, it became a Federal crime to plan/plot/attempt to kill the President (and I believe this holds for ex-Presidents and even candidates once they reach a certain stage, note the Secret Service for people who have not been elected President).
