Crime laboratory evidence shows the 19-year-old woman who has accused Kobe Bryant (news) of rape had consensual sex with another man hours after she said the basketball star raped her, MSNBC reported on Wednesday.
How, exactly does this disprove rape? It does cast the woman in a less than ideal light, but it doesn't prove anything that happened earlier. I have first hand knowledge of a woman who was raped coming on to someone who assisted her after the incident. (yes, hours after)
HELLO?????
She lied to the prosecutors; if she lied once, they can't believe another word she said.
BTW, for those keeping count, this makes at least two men besides Kobe that week.
Was her rapist convicted?
The point is Kobe doesn't have to prove he didn't rape her; the prosecution has to prove he did. The rape charge rests on a "he said/she said" pivot. If she can be shown to have lied regarding sexual relations around the time the accusation was made, the prosecution cannot possibly demonstrate that rape occured "beyond a reasonable doubt."

Then she wasn't actually raped, she just said she was. All I can say is.......if I were actually raped....they would have had to beat the livin sh*t out of me to accomplish that....otherwise I was only playing hard to get, and teased the poor smuck right into it, KNOWING full well I was asking for it and I had put myself in that situation. That is not rape. Sorry I wouldn't play the whinny little slut victim very well. I KNOW how most womens minds work whether they will admit it or not.
