Crime laboratory evidence shows the 19-year-old woman who has accused Kobe Bryant (news) of rape had consensual sex with another man hours after she said the basketball star raped her, MSNBC reported on Wednesday.

She's looking promiscuous. That doesn't necessarily make her a liar.

It's not her promiscuous side that makes her a liar, it's the DNA tests. She needs to go to prison for as long as he would had a crime on his part actually been committed.

No, but a girl having sex only hours after being raped. That seems pretty weird. Don't you think the "rape" would have taken away any mood to have sex only a few hours later? Maybe she's related to WJClinton.....? Rape never caused him to loose his appetite for sex (although he was not the one being raped....)

Good point. Most men in these circumstances get sent to jail for a long time and are ruined.

No, your not an insensitive male, It is beyond ridiculous to even consider that a woman would do that. If they can prove she did, then there is no doubt she is lying.

This question?: Have you been reborn with a sparkle?

I like to check out homepages of posters. Many times I come across those who have had previous screen names. Because you exhibited the word "ping" in your name, and after seeing that you were a newly register member, and because you were boldly posting(I lurked for quite a while before signing up) I was just asking if you had a previous ID.

Kudos, I was just curious, certainly no offense intended.

Well, Howlin, you were right about this girl all along.

At first I thought that Kobe raped her; then I started to doubt the rape story, and now, I believe the accuser is bold-face liar.

You smoked her out a long time ago.

According to the MSNBC report, fresh sperm and semen samples were found inside the woman's body from samples given during a rape examination and that such evidence would prove she had sex within hours after the incident with Bryant.
So these microscopic "tears" found during her rape examination might have been done by this "fresh sperm" donor, not Kobe.

And her credibility is shot after being caught in a lie.

Colorado has some of the most draconian rape laws I have ever read about; for instance, if Kobe had considered a plea, in order to get it, he would have had to go to this weirdo doctor and have for all intents and purposes what can only be described as a PENILE LIE DETECTOR attached to his penis and then be strapped into a sofa that resembles a dentist chair, then be forced to watch videos of women being raped and women having sex, all the while listening to a tape of women who have been raped talk about how it affected them.

Sound bad? I thought it did; especially when I read the part that says that while he's under that "test," if he shows the LEAST bit of an erection, the plea deal is OFF and the judge can put him straight in jail.

Plus he'd have to register as a sexual offender in every single town he goes to.

Plus he wouldn't have been able to live with his own child (or be alone with her, if the wife eventually leaves him).

Wouldn't YOU hire the best attorney you could find to defend you under those circumstances?

As I understand it, that's exactly the argument that Pam Mackey is going to make.

She is not one to let a little rape get in the way of an otherwise enjoyable evening.

Hello!

****Bryant's accuser has told police she had sex with another man two days before June 30 and that he used a condom. But investigators say semen and sperm that do not match Bryant's genetic profile were found on her body and on two pairs of her underwear, one worn that night and the other worn to the hospital exam.****

In local paper, (sports sections)
a story about Kobe reads, that his team
mates have not seen him so happy
in a good long while.
He knows now that the evidence will
PROVE him innocent.

It seems that Herr is trying to hide something; perhaps he lied to the cops during his interrogation:
MSNBC reported that tests done by the prosecution's own laboratory showed fresh semen and sperm were found inside the woman's body from samples given during a rape examination.

The defense has theorized the DNA could be from someone other than Bryant. The other young man, Bob Pietrack, a former bellman at the resort, has agreed to furnish a DNA sample.

"One witness is willing to waive his constitutional rights and my client is not. That's the beauty of America," Tooley [Herr's attorney] said in court.

Herr's attorney says Herr did not text-message the accuser between June 30 and July 1. The defense attorney says Herr did. The judge asked AT&T to turn over the messages.

The judge did grant a defense motion requiring AT&T Wireless to turn over to the court copies of text messages on Herr's cell telephone. Tooley also fought that motion, saying his client's privacy rights would be infringed if text messages were turned over to the defense.

The defense's motion was filed under seal, so exactly what it suspects are on the messages has not been made public. Tooley said there were no messages between his client and the young woman between June 30 -- the day of the incident -- and July 1, the day she reported she was raped.

Defense attorney Hal Haddon argued there were indeed messages. "There is a text message early July 1 and a number after," Haddon said. source

No, instead we'll look at how we can hide the truth behind that sweet ol' rape shield law...

"That's exactly what he did."

YEAH RIGHT! HE JUST THOUGHT, HMMM, LET ME READ UP ON THIS RIDICULOUS FEMINAZI POLITICALLY CORRECT GARGAGE BAD LAW, SEE WHAT I CAN LEARN, THEN maybe I CAN FIND A VICTIM, ONE THAT'S SUCH A SLU! THAT SHE'LL HAVE SO MUCH DNA IN HER AND HER CLOTHING, THAT I CAN TRY TO TWIST THIS LAW TO MY PURPOSE...

Yeah, he's an adulterer, an unbelievably great basketball player, but I don't think he sat and pondered on that and decided "hey, it's worth a try" - especially considering the one-sided system (for poor helpless "women") he'd be going up against. GET REAL!!! However, he should be worrying that he may have contracted AIDS, considering the "thing" he messed with!!!

the prosecutors knew this would be a high profile case and a good chance of their being on t.v.

they are grandstanding, trying to show they have enough skill to replace perry mason or matlock. They probably don't give a damn how it turns out as long as they are on t.v.
