That's the one who is an American who converted. Looks like an ANSWER member to me. That's where I would look first.
The DC chapter should have these pictures to check the ANSWER demonstrators.

He is a convert and that is a real problem for us. They skew the profile. I've worried about that for a long time especially since we have so many who convert in prison.
