Don't get pulled in with Michael's version of the facts. Nick told people at the hotel he was put in a seperate room AWAY from other inmates for his own protection because they were taunting him. The guards didn't want an incident so moved him to what Nick said was a bathroom which he found humorous.

My understanding of the article was that this was from a letter, written by Nick.
As to Michael Berg, my patience is wearing thin. He's found refuge from his grief in outrage and, thus protected, he can accuse anyone of anything. The press should ignore him; the most charitable assessment we could make is that he is insane. It seems indecent that they encourage him.
