Regarding setting up a pork barbecue joint: Wouldn't inhaling barbecued pig smoke be also against Muslim tenets, since it is a form ingestion as the smoke lodges in the lungs. I would think non-Muslims in these areas could just advertise that fact that they are going to barbecue pork in their back yards until the noise stops. Then have great big Hawaiian style barbecues and bathe the areas in burning pig smoke.
