I have visited JFPO many times, I hope to join up as soon as my finances settle back down (A/C died last month, then the termostat died on the van which caused the tranny to die & had to be rebuilt). It is sad what is happening to you, I hope that everything works out for you. Have you setup a defense fund? Please don't think that all Freepers are like the few that have attacked you, etc.

Well, seeing as how the Feds were nice enough to give us 3 Federal Public Defenders, I no longer need the Legal Defense Fund which we did have set up.

Instead, I now have a "Legal Attack Fund" with which I hope to raise enough to fight to get my $100,000 worth of guns back from the thugs in Nevada and the crooks in Coeur d'Alene.

I've actually met with three of the other people indicted in Nevada. Apparently, the scum of the Earth (ATF agents) have nothing better to do than setup aged 60+ white men and steal all they can get! The Feds ONLY setup white men at the Reno show. No Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, etc. (They did get one older white woman, but we think her case is getting thrown out).

Apparently, the ATF is NOT an equal opportunity destroyer.

I had 16 calls and emails from others who said the same thing. I have a Samoan friend who the ATF set up in the same sting. He was popped Saturday, but had his guns returned in a few hours with no explanation other than "go home". Instead, he came back to the show Sunday and shadowed some of the ATF agents. These agents ONLY went up to tables ran by white guys.

I'm not racist, just making a factual statement here. I asked my lawyer why and he said that "proportionatly, older white men have more $$$ and "stuff" the Feds can steal, so they put the most attention on nailing these older white guys."

Don't I feel special.
