I JUST returned that book to the library.
Took it out for my husband to read, he didn't read it and it was due today. Sheesh.
I'll read it as I love Vince Flynn and usually go through his books in a day or two.
The end result of all this faux prison "abuse" scandal - we just won't capture nearly as many prisoners suddenly. Hah!

Doesn't this scare the crap out of you? It sure does me. This original story. And others out there if one does a google news search. Can't believe it.
Of course - I CAN believe the threat; just haven't heard it put so bluntly before. I hope we're better prepared to stop it than before, is all I pray.

Middle Easterners streaming to Texas

Texas has one of the nation's fastest-growing Middle Eastern populations, and most of the state's immigrants live in Houston, according to a study based on census data.
Researchers at the Center for Immigration Studies say Texas' Middle Eastern population more than doubled in the last decade, to just over 100,000, including more than 52,000 in Greater Houston.

Naw..... Lots of work for them..... Over 1/2 the US trade with the Middle East is handle through Houston don'tcha know.... They want in on the action also........ but you knew that as I've posted the info to you before.
You would think. But the map is a little outdated. Two more cells popped up after this map was made. There is the one in Buffalo, NY. Remember the two brothers that were arrested last year? And another cell popped up in the northeast. I forget exactly were. God only knows, at this point.

I became a "news junkie." Especially from the day of 9-11. I tried MSNBC but then found Fox. I stay with Fox.
The media reports on this, but they don't dwell on it. I guess they don't want to create mass panic.
FYI.
Here in NYC each Memorial Day weekend they bring in all kinds of naval vessels for fleet week and berth them on the west side of Manhattan. Yesterday the (I assume) National Guard started setting up. Fences, extra concrete barriers and the same Homeland Security black x-ray van they used to scan vehicles before arriving at the passenger terminals. My gut is the the precautions are normal if not slightly more pronounced than usual.
