MY six year old is in the room playing.
When I told her about the story (since she saw the picture)....she just hugged me for about 2 minutes.

That's why I would like to just slap people who think Daddy's aren't important in kids lives!!!
My girls and I are going to Selfridge AFB to show our support for the troops on Thursday. Hopefully, lots of Mommies and Daddies will see us.

God Bless the Heroes, and their family's all 791 from Iraq and those from all actions going on right now including Afghanistan. will be kept in my prayers this weekend. And will be tipping a glass of Stout in Salute to all my fallen brothers and sisters that have passed.

Please do. My three tour husband feels great guilt at times that he came home a whole man when many friends fell.
Blessings to you and yours.

- This statue of a frontier family sits at the entrance to the Fort Huachuca cemetery. Graves at this cemetery date back to 1871 and include troopers, Indian scouts, family members including children, and the fallen from all of America's wars since then.
I will be there to pay tribute to the fallen and those left behind on Monday. Y'all are welcome to join me, even if it's in a moment of prayer.
Thank you.

I'm not ashamed to admit crying as I read your Memorial Day threads.
