Who knows? Classified or secret information is always, by its nature, suspect. You can't authenticate it. You can't prove it was leaked or disclosed in a plausible way. It could be information or disinformation or something out of fairyland made up by Michael Moore.
I was in military intelligence and I can tell you, we went to a LOT of trouble to keep secret things secret. Folks who spin fanciful intelligence tales are, imo, very seldom credible.
