Tried one of the links http://www.vote-smart.org/issue_rat...Wildlife+Issues and found it was no longer good. I was hoping to see where South Dakota's Stephanie Herseth fit on their agenda. She, too, is touting her gun friendliness though she is a liberal Democrat.

Herseth does not have any ratings according to www.vote-smart.org because she is a challenger. She is claiming that she has an A rating from NRA but the Republican candidate has a voting record. You might want to contact the NRA Election Volunteer Coordinator to see if NRA is endorsing a candidate. The EVC is David Conway, Blackhawk, SD, sdssala@cs.com. I will also check my contact at NRA Federal Affairs to find out if he knows what they are doing.
