I've talked to lots of people and they are all MAD at the way the press has vilified this President. I think the media overkill will have the opposite effect of its intent.
Could it be that your own pessimism creates negative vibes with the people you're talking to??
Cheer up, OK?
Listen to his speech tonight, vote for him in November, and enjoy his substantial victory and second term.
LOL!
You're either purposely misconstruing my comments or they're sailing over your head.
I'll not have words or positions assigned to me that I never said or thought.
Looks like I have to sit in back...
OMIGAWD...I was JUST thinking the same thing tonight after hearing Ceci...where in the hell is Mara?
Isn't it interesting that the Major Media outlets all claim that President Bush has no plan or exit strategy for Iraq but when he gives a speech outlining same, they choose not to show it?
Take your toys and go play in another room. Your ignorance is showing.
You're probably right. Dirt trail, pavement, point remains the same. The ground still wins.
Looks like we have an over the handlebars exit strategery.
Neal Cavuto opened his program this afternoon with comments/indications that many on Wall Street are beginning to lose confidence in GWB.
Michael Savage just opened his radio program with 'this is probably the make it or break it speech for GWB's Presidency.'
If you kids don't behave, you're gonna be watching this from your room.
Ceci reminds me of the Presdient of the stuck up sorority(DG's) at the small liberal college arts college, I went to before transferring to Ohio State.
This isn't a dig at any DG who may be perusing this thread. At W&J the DG's were the stuck up ones.
Hey, I'm TRYING to lose weight!
Sigh. I already switched coasts once in my life moved here from NYC in the late '70's.
I know Mara had a baby recently so perhaps she's still out on Maternity leave. I'd even take Juan over Ceci.
Yes, veddy veddy interesting.
What ticks me off is that the same networks that won't show the speech will give free air time to leftists tomorrow morning, all of whom will give their rebuttal of the speech.
I just want to hear an explanation for why the UN should ever again be allowed to have anything to do with Iraq.
Ditto here. I talk to a lot of people, non-political junkies, and they all say the same. The media is out of control with respect to their biased reporting. It's so blatant, even they get it.
