BAMS LOL Its been awhile since I used that term. They do look great.
WATCH IT, swabbie!
Of course, if you are referring to
Beautiful American Marines,
that would be all right..:))
OOOh I want to know how to post pics - can I have a lesson too!
The Mayor is an Army veteran, by the way, married to a Beautiful American Marine, and will have you posting pictures in 347 Easy Lessons - LOL
Thank you for your warm welcome (to everyone!). I'm doing much better tonight than last night. mrstank and I had a great conversation just before I went to bed - I slept well - she is agreat friend. Tonight seems to be a difficult nite for her.
I can't decide which is worse - sitting here just waiting, but in the comfort of my home, the company of my children, extended family and friends, and hot homemade meals; or being over there away from all those comforts but knowing exactly what's going on (he always says he's safe).
Isn't that a coincidence? I have to be up and on the road with hubby for a two-hour drive to his doctor appointment. He has to get his Defibrillator checked. That includes stopping his heart to make sure the thing will restart it. So it makes me nervous enough to go with him, even though I hate mornings. Be careful and report in when you get back.
AND...that very picture sits on the shelf right over my computer so I can see it and be reminded of a very special event in my life and of my favorite Sistah of the Spirit (except when she tries to tell me that Mama loved me best).
Eloquent and effective prayer Donaeus. Thank you.
Aye, tis a sweet Irish lass ye were Maggie Daugherty.
Awwww. How sweet that you think so Rus. She is a cutie for sure. Explains the kids.
Actually, one had best avoid that term if I recall correctly.
'Course, after a month or so of boot, we had vivid imaginations!
I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT PICTURE!
Hey MrsMike, I was so afraid that you wouldn't come back. I had this vision of you finally registering and logging in and after one post Free Republic crashed LOL. After your bad weekend I figured that would send you screaming into the street "I'm cursed! I'm cursed!" Somebody find that Yahoo link and post it for MrsMike and mrstank so they will know where to go to find out if a failure is Free Republic or their computer.
No, Sistah, actually we have to go to Ashland, Ky. There's only one doctor in this entire area who installs the defibs and his office is in Ashland. Thanks for your prayers. I covet them always.
