That was one of the stranger "deaths".
The only strong argument against it being foul play is it is hard to believe that "professionals" would do the "job" so poorly.
Wasn't she a druggie? If so that would explain a lot as well.

I'm with you. B Wise may have been involved w/ the commerce dept, but this "conspiracy" case is especially weak.
