Yes, FOX did show some cuts from the documentary, and in fact, mentioned the documentary itself..

I don't recall whether they mentioned when it would be shown, or whether FOX was showing it..

Fox showed the whole documentary? I don't think so, they may have had a news blurb about it.

Fox News is becoming "mainstream", they don't touch any stories the mainstream media doesn't cover. They fill their shows with the same guests as everyone else - Seymour Hersch, Carl Bernstein, et al. I hardly watch them anymore.
