Okay, I'll play. Name one gun law that is NOT an infringement of the Second Amendment.

The laws that prevent felons from possessing guns. The laws that outlaw the use of guns in a crime. The laws that allow property owners to decide whether guns are allowed on their property.

The laws that prevent felons from possessing guns.

If someone is such a threat to society that they cannot be trusted with thier civil liberties, then they should remain confined, or just be executed if they have commited any sort of violent crime.

The laws that outlaw the use of guns in a crime.

Well, robbery is already illegal, what difference does it make wether a gun , a knife or a baseball bat is used to facillitate the commision of a crime?

The laws that allow property owners to decide whether guns are allowed on their property.

I'll give you that one, as I am all for the rights of property owners.

The laws that prevent felons from possessing guns.

If a state wishes to provide in its criminal code that someone convicted of certain crimes shall be barred from firearm ownership for some duration or indefinitely as a specific part of the sentence, I would see no constitutional basis for objection.

Where does the federal government get any authority to pass any legislation on such matters, and where does any government get the authority to impose such conditions on a person retroactively for crimes committed before such legislation was enacted?
