I think liberalism is usually immaturity. And it becomes a mental illness when you take it to the extreme people do without questioning the logic of it.
Case in point: The father of the poor guy who was just beheaded blames Bush for his sons death. He calls the animals who did it "friends" of his sons.
You've got a good point. But the animals he calls friends would take his head off if they had the chance. Why he can't see that, I'll never know.
