Indeed we do but our local rag is an excellent example of our dilemma.
The Fresno Bee is a mainstay of the McClatchy chain which is only a heartbeat behind the LA/NY Times in an unabashed pursuit of a liberal utopia. The truth be damned. Print anything that will advance the liberal cause regardless of it's accuracy or morality.
If all we have to post on this forum is liberal spin then we are wholly dependent on the opinions/experiences of knowledgeable, creative conservatives. Well and good but if you begin to add an increasing number of moderates into the mix, who tend to add credibility to these liberal articles, then trouble is brewing even on this forum.
You can imagine how the unwashed in the general populous have their opinion shaped absent any voice of reason.
They haven't been able to(as yet) block out talk radio or the Fox News channel, which have the added benefit of not having to be able to read.
