I'll be very surprised if this suit isn't immediately thrown out. I don't think you can get married and then sue as a spouse for a tortious act that took place BEFORE you were married.

Don't forget, we are talking about Massachusetts.

Massachusetts is very dependant on tourism. Why don't I hear any talk of boycotts by conservatives? That would get Mitt Romney into overdrive.
