One of the things that they do in the Valley of the F*#ktards is to scream that there is No Liberal Media. The assweasel who wrote this really wants us to believe that liberals do not control the content of CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, the Washington Post, the New York Times, or the Los Angeles Times. Now they actually know that the opposite is the case, but one must remember that to a liberal, assertion is as good as fact.

His adulation of Theodore Sorensen is misplaced. Sorensen didn't save the world, Kennedy did. Sorensen was a hack who came up with good speech lines, enough of them to keep him in good stead as one of Jack and Bobby's paid errand boys. People only listen to him for the same reason they listen to that washed up old has-been Arthur Schlesinger: he was associated with Prince John of Camelot, so it rubs off.

The rest of this is standard Bush and Conservative bashing, and really contains very little argument to write home about. If this is actually Franken, I'm not surprised. Apparently, the acme of his skill is demonstrated by a surprising tendency to yell "F*#k You, Wolfowitz!" at Paul Wolfowitz at Washington gatherings.

Which just goes to show you that even swine are attracted to pearls.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

Actually, to these people, CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, the Washington Post, the New York Times and the Los Angleles Times does not represent their views because these people are politically to the left of those institutions.

These are the people who protest in the streets against capitalism.

These are the people who see conspiracy theories everywhere in the Bush Administration.

These are the people who believe a reduction in the number of conservatives would lead to cleaner water, greener grass and clearer skies.

"If this is actually Franken, I'm not surprised."

Actually, I'm not either. It is just exactly the kind of prepubescent drivel I would expect from him.
