This isn't exactly news. 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, deployed to Kuwait in
November, moved into Iraq in
December, and relieved the 101st Airborne Division in the Mosul are in
January.
The real news is that another brigade of the 2nd Infantry Division is coming out of Korea to go to Iraq.
