AP-An Interior Ministry official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the blast occurred near the home of one of the three deputy interior ministers, Abdul-Jabbar Youssef, a member of the Shiite Muslim Dawa party.
It was unclear whether he was hurt, the official said.
