This morning on WBT talk radio in Charlotte, NC, Terry McAuliffe was being interviewed. He was asked about Nancy Pelosi's remarks of Bush being incompetent, and wasn't that a bit extreme?... He said No, I totally agree with her that Bush is incompetent and I stand behind her.

Can u imagine if the tables were turned and the GOP was the opposition party in a time of war and acting like petulant 5 year olds? The wails from the MSM would be deafening.

How can anyone take McAuliffe or Pelosi seriously. They are both virulently anti-American. Woodrow Wilson would have locked'em up and tossed away the key ~ not just imprisoning them for the duration.

Suppose in 1996 Newt Gingrich had referred to Clinton as a "teenaged boy in heat who's never met a skirt or a bold- faced lie he didn't like"?
That level of "discourse" is simply inappropriate, especially in a time of great peril, but the Left can indulge in it and not be called on it by their pals in the media.
I used to (foolishly) think the opposition really was loyal, but these last few months they have disabused me of that notion.

I was just wondering to myself what the reaction would be if GWBs response to these two clowns was "they can kiss my a**."
I suppose Mr. Jennings would then have to lead with the "abandonment of the new tone" by the Bush administration.
