He was a nowhere guy until the planes hit the World Trade Center buildings. He was a failed mayor, was Rudy Giuliani.
He had a commissioner named Harding stealing so obviously that at first people couldn't believe their eyes. Giuliani had an open fear of blacks that produced the one most memorable sight of the last 10 years in my city. On the roof of City Hall were cops with rifles.

Let me see, the murder rate in NYC fell seventy-five percent under Giuliani. He made Ny a lot safer. That alone made him an outstanding mayor. Breslin is either too biased or too stupid to acknowledge this. Maybe both.

Failed Mayor!!!! I think he got confused with Dinkins. What the heck kind of "mind enhancing" drugs did this buffoon take for this kind of drivel. Giuliani turned NY city around, reduced crime, brought businesses back and made NY liveable again. I cannot stand the leftist unfair attacks.

He was a writer who referred to a an Asian-American employee who criticized his work as a "slanty-eyed cur." He was a hack who claimed to quote verbatim in 2004 as a current interview, a conversation in 1992 which he never taped nor had notes on. He is Jimmy Breslin.
