The most obtuse man of the latter 20th century strikes again. Either it's him, a buddy of his who set this up as a gag w/him back when he was dying or it's a merry prankster who, Andy, from beyond the grave would dearly appreciate.
The blog reads like an Andy Kaufman gag. Remember everyone fell for the Jerry Lawler deal. Took Lawler years before he finally fess up that even that was a gag.
It's likely a gag, but I kinda wish it were true...
