They only thing Vulcan Arms should be shut down for is for producing sub-par products.
In fact, they had to rename themselves Vulcan Arms from Hesse because of their bad products, and lack of following.
If you wanted to purchase a "quality" V15-100 type firearm,

Oog. Thanks for that bit of information. Here I was all excited to learn about Vulcan -- my wife wants a new AR-15 for her birthday -- but now I'll go back to looking at Bushmasters and Olympics. One of my shooting buddies has a Hesse Jam-O-Matic and spends more time fixing it than shooting it.
