If you actually ever READ what PJB wrote on immigration, his concern with LEGAL immigration is that at this time it could be restricted a bit.

He is further concerned that LEGAL immigration favor those peoples who share the Judaeo-Christian heritage, as was the case, by and large, until around 1960.

I think you're putting words into Pat's mouth again. He's not a big fan of the Judeos
