perhaps not. the national trend for businesses is currently to include domestic partners in the insurance plans. any "legal" marriage is already covered. perhaps when the charges get too high they will consider eliminating coverage, but it is difficult to take anything away from employees.
It does seem that it is difficult to take anything away from employees, however it doesn't seem to hard to take the company out of the USA.
