Yes, "yuns" is "you ones."

We also do a lot of figuring here too - "Ah figure so" = "I agree" or a different meaning would be, "Ah figured she got a hitch in her git along" = I think she has bee in her bonnet" (or are bees in bonnets also Southern?).

Is "wear you out" a Southern thing-as in your momma telling you "I'm gonna' wear you out" (spank) if you acted up in church.

The problem here is there's no one Southern dialect. It ranges from Hillbilly, to the coastal states, to backwoods, the Southern gentry to white trash, and Texan. Each has their own turn of a phrase.
