1......Why those videos and photos were NOT.............Taken by CIA operatives with CIA cameras and the resulting images were not being kept under the tightest security and shown only to other intelligence operatives with the proper security clearances and with a "need to know".

2. ......Why those videos and photos WERE .............Taken with the private digital cameras of junior enlisted personnel, mixed in with videos and photos of "Lynndie England Gang Bangs the 372nd Military Police Company", and burned to CD-R disks so that the CD-R's could be traded around like baseball cards and the videos and photos could be sent to civilian friends and family back in the U.S. so they could be leaked to the media and end up on the Internet from Poughkeepsie to Pakistan.
