Whatever it turns out to be, Hans Blix says it isn't proof that Saddam had WMDs. End of story (at least as far as the lamestream press is concerned).

In a related development, Dr. Blix also stated that the measured attractive force between two bodies is not necessarily evidence of Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation, that the diffraction of light by a slit is not evidence of the wave nature of light, nor is the photoelectric effect evidence of its corpuscular nature, the gravitational red shift does not necessarily confirm any aspects of the theory of relativity, and that the invariance of the speed of light in a vacuum only points out "ambiguities" in Einstein's formulations. Finally, Dr. Blix also discounted any evidence that contradicts the Flat Earth Theory, the geocentric universe, clairvoyance, Ptolemaic epicycles, and the Theory of Atlantis.
