My concern is that WMDs won't be found in sufficient quantities Quantity doesn't matter. Finding one artillery shell filled with sarin is like finding one termite -- you know there have to be more. Anyone who thinks otherwise is invited to think up a plausible scenario for the bad guys manufacturing one and only one such artillery shell.
